Safely on the road by bike from the 4th grade
When children start school, they are alone on the road as pedestrians. When preparing for the voluntary cycling test, children in the 4th grade learn about the most important traffic signs and priority rules, how to move safely on the road, what rights and obligations they have and how to react correctly in dangerous situations.
All children from the age of 9 and having attended the 4th school year or from the age of 10 can take the test, which entitles them to cycle on public roads without the accompaniment of an adult before the age of 12.
The voluntary cycling test is carried out in cooperation with the police.
