In this information sheet (open PDF and download \u00bb)<\/a> we want to give you an overview of offers for psychological support for non-Crainian refugees and helpers using links and QR codes.<\/p>\n\n

The war in Ukraine represents an exceptional psychological situation. This can lead to stress reactions that have a negative impact on everyday life. In order to provide support in dealing with this exceptional situation in the best possible way, the professional association of Austrian psychologists (B\u00d6P) has made its information sheet “Psychological help in times of crisis: Recommendations for dealing with the psychological consequences of the war in Ukraine” available.<\/p>\n\n

The sheet is currently available in three languages, including German \u00bb<\/a> , Ukrainian \u00bb<\/a> and Russian \u00bb<\/a> .<\/p>\n\n

The employees of the \u00d6AGG (Austrian working group for group therapy and group dynamics) offer psychosocial help for helpers and refugees. They work on a voluntary basis and free of charge, especially for those who (want to) provide help and have not received any support from an organization.<\/p>\n\n

In the event of acute overload, the B\u00d6P helpline<\/a> is available from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tel. 01\/504 8000 or by email ( helpline@psychologiehilft.at<\/a> ) free of charge and anonymously for relief talks.
